We begin with high-efficiency Mono PERC cells. Advanced optical scanners inspect every cell for micro-cracks and color consistency to ensure zero-defect input.

Robotic tabbers solder cells into strings using high-precision ribbons. This automated process minimizes thermal stress, preventing future hotspots.

High-Transmittance GlassPID Free EVA

The module layers are stacked: Glass + EVA + Cell String + EVA + Backsheet. Automated visual inspection ensures perfect spacing before lamination.

Controlled HeatingHermetic Seal

The critical sealing step. Under vacuum and precise heat, the EVA melts to bond the layers, protecting the cells from humidity and UV radiation for decades.

A robust aluminum frame is attached for structural integrity against high wind loads (2400Pa) and snow loads (5400Pa). The IP68 junction box ensures waterproof connections.
